INPS: new requirements for pension entitlement
INPS, with no message 30923 of 31 December 2007, gave the first instructions on the implementation of the provisions contained in the Protocol of 23 July 2007 on pensions, jobs and competitiveness.
The innovations introduced by the law at issue relate to the requirements for entitlement to retirement pension and, in part, to a retirement pension paid only from the system contributivo.Si pressed that these regulatory changes do not apply to persons who have completed the requirements for the right to retire by December 31, 2007 and continue in order to achieve the board in accordance with the legislation in force before 1 January 2008.
